Wow the area around Yokum, WV is so gorgeous! Definitely shot WV to the top 5 places I've seen.
West VA decided to give me a going away party by dumping massive amounts of rain on my head like a gatorade celebration :)
In West Virginia now. The drive through Kentucky was nothing but fog. And now it's cloudy
I cant believe this is it. The last 300miles of the trip. Seems like I just got started.

I had 2 pieces of fried chicken and a bowl of "Donnies Famous Chili", which was basically spaghetti with beans

Sulphur, Indiana...I love little old gas stations like this one. With the cute old couple in the window.
Got a late morning start. Just couldnt pull myself out of bed. Next stop Morehead, KY

Luckly the parents are along for the ride from Denver to Dwight, KS..Mom making me ice packs for my jacket ;)

Hays, KS...might as well be called Haiti, KS with the freakin heat!
White-knuckle riding= 103degrees temp, 40-60MPH constant gusts, and 45degree lean into the wind to stay upright..SUCKS!!
If I can think of one place that would be like Hell its the area between Denver and Kansas City.
On the way to Dwight, KS from Denver...this is the worst drive. I will never do this ride again.
